1. DATABASE STRUCTURE
All communicator names must be formatted to ensure compatibility with future CRM or database software using the FirstName and LastName conventions.
Format: LASTNAME: FirstName
2. NAMED COMMUNICATORS
Non-physical entities require bespoke rules as they often lack surnames. The communicator's mononym acts as the primary sorting key (LastName equivalent). Titles and duplicates are handled within the FirstName field using parentheses.
ENTITY TAXONOMY MATRIX:
- DHI (Full Name): BRADSHAW: Emily
- DHI (Mononym): EDWIN: Edwin
- DHI (Titled): BRADSHAW: Emily (Mrs)
- NHI (Mononym): VARRENHEERIC: Varrenheeric
- NHI (Titled): SHARNESS: Sharness (the Darti)
3. CHRONOLOGICAL DUPLICATES
When distinct, separate entities share the exact same name, they are assigned a chronological number in parentheses based on their first appearance in the historical timeline of the 464 sessions.
- First distinct entity: WILLIAM: William (1)
- Second distinct entity: WILLIAM: William (2)
4. ANONYMOUS / UNIDENTIFIED VOICES
Unidentified communicators heard on audio recordings are assigned an alphanumeric ID based on the session number and their chronological appearance in that session (e.g., COM-[Session]-[Sequence]). To ensure clean database sorting, these voices use the [UNIDENTIFIED] placeholder as their primary sorting key.
- First anonymous voice in Session 246: [UNIDENTIFIED]: COM-246-1
- Second anonymous voice in Session 246: [UNIDENTIFIED]: COM-246-2
