Welcome to The Scole Experiment Digital Archive
Between 1993 and 1998, a dedicated group of researchers conducted 464 experimental sessions exploring Methods to facilitate repeatable contact and communication with the Afterlife.
Results included a wide variety of anomalous phenomena and a number of unexpected communicators.
This archive serves as the central hub for a collection of multi-faceted data encompassing technical apparatus development and documented communications with deceased human intelligences (DHI) and non-human intelligences (NHI).
The collection contains over 1,000 hours of data across 464 x ≈2-hour experimental sessions gathered in six countries and witnessed by hundreds of participants during that five year period.
As the curators of the Scole Archive, our ongoing objective is to digitise, index, and freely present this historical data for independent evaluation.
We make no claims, demand no belief, and draw no final conclusions on behalf of the reader. Our focus remains strictly on meticulous preservation and public accessibility.
The Archival Framework
To effectively manage the vast scope of this collection, we have implemented the Scole Archive Naming Standard (SANS).All digital (and physical) assets are strictly cross-referenced and categorised into 16 primary series folders.
This naming system (taxonomy) categorises everything from original session audio and transcripts to technical research and participant and communicator profiles.
Navigating the Archive
To understand the complete structural layout of the folders and files, researchers and visitors are encouraged to use the Archive Index and About the Archive pages—as well as the Archive Series Labels—located in the site navigation menus.
As original documents, audio files, and curator summaries are cleared for online publication, they will be logged sequentially on this site and permanently mapped back to their respective SANS directories.
