Phenomena Guidance

This document provides the procedural guidance for the Series 13-PHE Phenomena Descriptive Model. It establishes the folder allocation structure, file naming conventions, and the default Archival Notes standard required for cleanly cataloguing the anomalous physical, biological, and acoustic evidence recorded during the Scole Experiment.

1. SERIES SCOPE

The 13-PHE series documents specific anomalous physical, biological, and acoustic phenomena recorded during the Scole Experiment.

2. FOLDER ALLOCATION (Descriptive Model)

Third-level folders follow the "PHE-##-[Description]" format to allow for thematic sorting of witness testimony and scientific data.

3. NAMING CONVENTION

Files must follow the SANS Prefix and sorting logic:

Scole-13-PHE-[Subject]-Testimony-[Lastname]-[Firstname].txt

4. ARCHIVAL NOTES STANDARD

To maintain consistency when expert commentary is not immediately available, the following default text should be used: "This item in the 13-PHE folder of the Scole Archive has been included for its potential usefulness to researchers when studying the archive content. Add any additional archival notes relevant to this item here."
