1. SERIES SCOPE

The 12-LIT series is a comprehensive research library designed to provide contextual, theoretical, and historical support for Scole Archive research.

2. FOLDER STRUCTURE (Descriptive Model)

Third-level folders utilise a four-digit prefix (LIT-####) for expansion. Folders are categorised into the following numerical zones:

   0001–0999: General Bibliographies and Indices

   1001–1999: Specific Author Folders (e.g., LIT-1001-AUTH-Temple-Robert)

   2001–2999: Subject/Theme Folders (e.g., LIT-2002-THEME-Universe)

   3001–3999: Institutions and Organisations (Reserved)

   4001–4999: Historical Periodicals (Reserved)

   5001–5999: Media Series (Video/Audio/Interviews)

   9001–9999: Pending Classification (Miscellaneous)

3. NAMING CONVENTIONS

Archive-ID Format: Scole-12-LIT-[####] (e.g., 0001). This ID is permanent and serves as the primary link between the Master Log and files.

   File Naming Format: Scole-12-LIT-[ID]-[Surname]-[Firstname]-[Year].txt

   Example: Scole-12-LIT-0001-Temple-Robert-2022.txt

4. DIGITAL LOCATIONS (TWO-COLUMN SYSTEM)

To ensure clarity between archived local files and online resources, locations must be divided as follows:

   - Internal Path: The full relative path starting from "Scole-Archive/".

   - External URL(s): Web links, separated by semi-colons (;) if multiple.

5. DOCUMENTATION STANDARDS (Annotated Citations)

Profiles must be created using "Scole-01-ADM-12-LIT-Reference-Source-Template.txt".

   - Descriptions of Scole events (1993–1998) must be in the past tense.

   - Detached scientific tone must be used (e.g., "potential," "might").

   - Annotations must explain the reference content and relevance to Scole.

6. MASTER LOG INTEGRATION

New entries must be logged in the Master Progress Log using the designated columns for Author(s), Internal Path, and External URL(s).
